Opinion BY HARRELL, J. After a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, appellant, Jack I. Baziz, was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it. He was sentenced to three years in prison, with eighteen months suspended in favor of two years of probation. This appeal followed.
